Building Financial Clarity Since 2019
We're the team behind digitalflowbyte, helping Korean businesses understand their working capital better. Our story started with a simple observation – most companies struggle with cash flow visibility.
How We Started
Back in 2019, our founder Bjorn Eriksen noticed something troubling while consulting for manufacturing companies in Busan. Business owners were making critical decisions based on incomplete financial pictures. They'd see their bank balance and assume everything was fine, not realizing their working capital was actually shrinking.
That's when we decided to focus exclusively on working capital analysis. Not general bookkeeping or tax preparation – just helping businesses see where their money actually flows. We've worked with over 200 Korean companies since then, and honestly, the patterns we see haven't changed much.
Most businesses tie up too much cash in inventory or struggle with payment timing. But once they understand these dynamics, they can make much smarter decisions about growth and investment.
